The challenge was to take the Old Borden Milk Factory and transform it into a unique Inn & Spa that is Niagara Falls’ only boutique hotel. Our goal was to create spaces that enhance a romantic getaway while maintaining a contemporary style. Each room is unique in its Interior Design and space planning; not one is exactly the same. The rooms illustrate clean lines to evoke a sense of purity in design, integrated with existing architectural features. To enhance an intimate atmosphere, an open concept bathroom was designed in most rooms. To add to the experience, the stunning architectural features of the lobby, exquisite gourmet restaurant, and exceptional Spa facilities, have gained high recognition for this boutique hotel as customers have rated the property as #1 on tripadvisor.com.
