Upon completion in 2005, this hotel won the Intercontinental Renovation Conversion Award. The Interior Design direction was given by the client who wanted a traditional look which was achieved through use of architectural details, finishes and furniture. The existing hotel was re-branded to a Holiday Inn and was completely transformed to a new, elegant interior which became the jewel of Sudbury.
